Oh, it's a little shawl!

Here's my little Flower Basket Shawl... completed over the Easter weekend. I finally did 10 lower basket repeats... and she measures 24" x 50" (blocked). A bit smaller but I'm liking it for sure. Quite an enjoyable pattern to do and a relatively quick knit. Despite the distractions, it took me only about 4-5 evenings and one good afternoon to finish this.

Yarn: 2 x 50g of Knitpicks Shadow in Oregon Coast (doubled) on 4.5mm. I usually like to knit my lace a little denser but still I think I could have gone up to 5.0mm, especially after the yarn bath.

That's just beautiful! I can't believe it took you such a short time to knit.

Lovely and it looks like a good size too. Ingenious to showcase it on your beautiful leaves carved chair.

This shawl is beautiful! I can't believe it only took you such little time to knit. Lace knitting always scares me a bit but one day I'll get a lace shawl done! ~Renée, a new visitor.
